The only thing to be careful with before starting is to check both sides of the wall to avoid electrical outlets and plumbing. An exterior visual check is not a guarantee. We recommend you cut a 4 inch by 4 inch test hole through the dry wall first to take a peek in the wall to be sure you don’t have any surprises getting in the way.
